About the Artist:
Daughter of renowned artist Consuelo GAMBOA, JD “Dawn” Wild was born and raised in Southern California. From an early age JD Wild’s life took an artistic path.

JD Wild is a young artist who is still exploring different mediums. Her work is unique because of the many different influences in her life. JD Wild is an artist as well as a musician, a classical pianist who recently began composing her own works. The musical influence is apparent in many of her paintings. Through color - JD Wild is able to express sound, a major theme in her art.

JD Wild received her Bachelors in Studio Art from the University of California, Riverside, in 2004. She plans to continue her formal education.

At the age of 16 (1998) JD Wild had her first painting “The Piano” published. The same year her first painting “The Piano” sold for $2,000 to a collector in Northern California. As of 2005 JD Wild has already had over 50 of her paintings published and distributed on a worldwide basis.

JD Wild currently resides in Southern California.
